Transfer a License

Transfer your WSMS license to another user or account.

Transfer your WSMS license to a different account or user.

Request a Transfer

To transfer a license, contact our support team:

  1. Send an email to support@veronalabs.com from the email address used to purchase the license
  2. Include the license key being transferred
  3. Provide the recipient’s email address

Our team will verify your request and process the transfer. Both parties will receive confirmation emails once complete.

What Happens After Transfer

For the Original Owner

  • The license is removed from your account
  • Active subscriptions are canceled
  • You lose access to historical records for that license

For the New Owner

  • The license is added to their account (or they receive a welcome email to create one)
  • They gain full control over the license and active websites
  • They don’t inherit past subscription or payment history

Important Notes

IMPORTANT

Transferred licenses don’t include active subscriptions. The new owner must set up payment before the license expires to continue receiving updates.
