How It Works

  1. Install & Activate: Install the add-on alongside WSMS
  2. Configure Gateway: Set up your preferred SMS gateway in WSMS settings
  3. Select Plugins: Choose which Fluent plugins to connect (CRM, Forms, Support)
  4. Enable Notifications: Select which events trigger SMS notifications
  5. Customize Messages: Write personalized message templates
  6. Save & Test: Test notifications with a sample event

Configuration

Fluent CRM Setup

  1. Go to SMS → Integrations → Fluent CRM
  2. Enable desired notifications:
    • Contact Subscribed SMS Notification
    • Contact Unsubscribed SMS Notification
    • Pending Subscription SMS Notification
  3. Customize message templates
  4. Save settings

Fluent Forms Setup

  1. Edit your Fluent Form
  2. Go to Settings & Integrations
  3. Add WSMS integration
  4. Configure notification settings:

Installation

  1. Ensure WSMS is installed and activated
  2. Download Fluent Integration from your account
  3. Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
  4. Upload wp-sms-fluent-integrations.zip and activate
  5. Enter license key in SMS → Add-Ons
