How It Works
- Install & Activate: Install the add-on alongside WSMS
- Configure Gateway: Set up your preferred SMS gateway in WSMS settings
- Select Plugins: Choose which Fluent plugins to connect (CRM, Forms, Support)
- Enable Notifications: Select which events trigger SMS notifications
- Customize Messages: Write personalized message templates
- Save & Test: Test notifications with a sample event

Fluent CRM Setup
- Go to SMS → Integrations → Fluent CRM
- Enable desired notifications:
- Contact Subscribed SMS Notification
- Contact Unsubscribed SMS Notification
- Pending Subscription SMS Notification
- Customize message templates
- Save settings
Fluent Forms Setup
- Edit your Fluent Form
- Go to Settings & Integrations
- Add WSMS integration
- Configure notification settings:

Installation
- Ensure WSMS is installed and activated
- Download Fluent Integration from your account
- Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
- Upload
wp-sms-fluent-integrations.zipand activate - Enter license key in SMS → Add-Ons
