Cancel Auto-Renewal
Stop automatic renewal of your WSMS subscription.
Disable automatic renewal for your WSMS subscription if you prefer to renew manually.
Cancel Auto-Renewal
- Log in to your account at my.wsms.io
- Go to My Subscription in the menu
- Select the subscription you want to manage
- Find the Actions area
- Click Cancel
- Confirm your choice
NOTE
Canceling auto-renewal does not immediately terminate your subscription. You retain full access until your current term expires.
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your subscription remains active until the expiration date
- You keep full access to all features during this period
- No automatic charges will occur at renewal time
- You can manually renew anytime before expiration
