Our support team is available 7 am – 3 pm UTC, Monday – Friday.

Response times indicate when you’ll receive an acknowledgment. Complex issues may require additional time to resolve.

Request Handling Priority

Support requests are handled in the following order:

  1. Plugin Features and Issues - Core functionality problems are addressed first
  2. Customizations and General Questions - Custom requests and general inquiries are handled after core issues
